It's hard to believe that another year is about to come to a close. It has been a very emotional year for the residents of our region with the storms of April and the recovery process for so many. The hope for eonomic prosperity did improve with the announcement of Navistar coming to our region.

On behalf of the Board and Staff, I wish you and your family a "Happy Holiday Season!" our thoughts and prayers are with our citizens that suffered the wrath of the April storms.
