NACOLG administers the Court
Referral Education Program (CREP) and the Defensive
Driving (DDC) Program.
CREP provides substance abuse
programs approved and sanctioned by the Alabama
Administrative Office of Courts for Colbert,
Franklin and Lauderdale Counties.
These programs consist of Level I (12 hours),
Level II (24 hours) and Youth Juvenile (12 hours).
Classes are also offered in Spanish.
The DDC Program is administered
through the National Safety Council.
DDC provides 4 hour and eight hour sessions
for Colbert, Franklin and Lauderdale Counties as
well as out of the region and out of state
referrals.
Each program is completely
self-supporting.
No local, state or federal funds are used.
