PILATES

Pilates is a wonderful way to gain flexibility and toning. It will help
strengthen and stretch as well as aid in balance.  This class is great for
all ages and can be adapted to any fitness level. Please bring a sticky mat.

SURVIVAL SPANISH

Could you survive in a Spanish speaking country? Learn the most basic and
useful phrases in the Spanish language for beginners. The format will
emphasize a useful approach rather than a more technical approach. The focus
will be on situations and lots of practice. You'll be engaged in basic
dialog to reinforce the language. This course is ideal for travelers,
business people, or anyone who wishes to use the Spanish language. Please
bring an English/Spanish dictionary.

INTERMEDIATE SEWING

If you have taken a basic sewing class or already know how to sew a little,
this is the class for you! You'll learn to read and pick out a pattern, how
to make sure it fits you and how to purchase the right material for the
pattern.  You will also learn how to put in a zipper and make buttonholes.
Projects will include a jewelry bag and cosmetic bag. This class will meet
at Hobby Lobby the first night to pick out a pattern and material. Some
supplies may be required.

MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK 2003 LEVEL 1

In this introductory course to Microsoft Outlook you will learn the basics
of the Outlook navigation pane and folders as well as the basics of sending,
receiving, responding to and deleting messages. We will then discuss
creating, editing and deleting contacts, sending email to contacts, printing
the contacts view, categorizing contacts and using distribution lists. We
will then visit the Outlook Calendar and will create/edit appointments,
create all-day events, schedule recurring appointments, printing calendars
and events and using color with the calendar.  Lastly, we will take a look
at the tasks and notes features and will create, edit and print tasks,
create recurring tasks, assign tasks, accept and decline tasks and create
and edit notes.
